Heads Up & the San Rafael City School District Investing in our children's education is one of the most important investments we can make for the future— much like investing in a home. Stewart & Soss Mortgage is much more than your average mortgage company. While we're known for quick turnaround times and flexible lending programs, our goals are much deeper. We're changing the mortgage industry through transparency, technology, client-focused solutions, and a commitment to the communities we serve.

HeadsUp is a collaboration of parents, teachers, community members and school administrators committed to helping provide the best possible education for the 6,000 students in San Rafael's elementary K-8 and high school districts. Because of the drastic state budget cuts in education, HeadsUp has made new commitments to help raise additional funds for programs that have been cut or reduced. Fundraising efforts will help save 4th-5th Grade Music Programs, K-8 Libraries, K-5 Counseling, High School Counseling, and 5th Grade Outdoor Education.

Stewart & Soss Mortgage joined Heads Up as a Business Partner to create a program that will generate donations for every home loan funded with us as part of our HeadsUp initiative. Simply stated: Stewart & Soss Mortgage will donate $400 for every home loan you or a faculty member closes with us in the months of January, February, March & April. In addition, Stewart & Soss Mortgage is starting the program off with a generous $1,000 donation.
